Delivery Information

Our dispatch and delivery times vary dependent on the delivery service level selected and the type of product purchased. If you are unsure of how long an item may take to create, please get in touch using our Contact Page for further details.

Note that during holiday seasons and busy periods the below estimated times may sometimes meet delays with our mail delivery service (ie. Christmas, Easter, etc).

 

Dispatch Times

Production and dispatch times are listed in each individual product page throughout the site. However we have a general rule of thumb for each type of product that you can work from below when offering your customers a lead time on the production of each item.

Delivery Times

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries who offer the below turnaround on delivery times based on the service selected at checkout. Signed For deliveries follow the same rules, except the item requires a signature to be released at the delivery address.

If an item has not yet arrived and is likely to have either required a signature or wouldn’t fit through a standard letterbox, please advise your customer to enquire with the Post Office local to them as they may be holding the parcel ready to collect.

Note that any item not collected from a Post Office due to inability to deliver will be returned to DropGifting and postage must be paid a second time for a redelivery to take place.

Our items are personalised and dispatched in 1-3 working days so you can promise your customers a speedy turnaround for their bespoke gift idea. ×

Our customers work around the clock, so we do too! During busy periods we work overtime to ensure we keep orders flowing smoothly. You can use our website to order day or night, so if you're a seller who loves late nights you can use our service as normal even at 3AM! ×
